I had a very bad experience with this lady. I told her I wanted to go blonde as I was tired of my dark brunette hair especially during the summer months. Only for her to respond "That's not a good idea, you're going to look really washed out. Between your dark hair and dark eyebrows it won't be a good look on you." I was LIVID.
