Great staff. Amazing facility. Enjoyed over the Holidays and did the full day of services. We actually came here for the Spa and stayed 4 nights. Everything was top notch and the staff went overboard to make sure we had a memorable experience. We enjoyed the full day so much that we rebooked for the following Monday for another massage. Looking forward to next Christmas and we will visit again for the same spa treatments we enjoyed.

First, the masseuse I had was Ashlynn(pray I spelled that right) she was absolutely amazing! My husband wanted to surprise me with a massage while we were here on vacation and this spa was fully booked and was generous enough to make room so I could get a massage! From the time I walked in the door to meeting my masseuse and leaving, I felt like royalty. They were so sweet and made sure everything was good and I was happy! I will definitely be coming back when we come back to Branson!

Service was 5/5, I would give it more of if I could! 80 minute custom massage was absolutely phenomenal. I get monthly massages back home and usually as a treat when we travel, this was the best I’ve had by far. The facility by spa standards was ok. A little dated without many amenities compared to others at this level. I enjoyed the sauna and aromatherapy shower. Other amenities such as snack and beverage options along with the lounge left more to be desired. I would go back for the fantastic service I had.
