I had an appointment time confirmed by Hayleigh over text for the 30th at 9 AM after being told not to use the booking link. I planned my morning around that confirmed time, but the appointment was not put on the schedule. I just experienced a Japanese Head Spa, and it was absolutely wonderful. Mia was incredible — so kind, attentive, and clearly skilled at what she does. From the moment I walked into the service area, the experience felt luxurious and calming. The products she used smelled amazing and were clearly high-quality. I got a spray tan with Annie and she did an amazing job! She made me feel completely comfortable and her attention to detail is unmatched. The whole experience was seamless, and she truly has a gift for making people feel beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the results!
