I had an appointment time confirmed by Hayleigh over text for the 30th at 9 AM after being told not to use the booking link. I planned my morning around that confirmed time, but the appointment was not put on the schedule. I just experienced a Japanese Head Spa, and it was absolutely wonderful. Mia was incredible — so kind, attentive, and clearly skilled at what she does. From the moment I walked into the service area, the experience felt luxurious and calming. The products she used smelled amazing and were clearly high-quality.
