1st off hair should be wet when cutting it and you shouldn't be just snipping at it u are supposed to comb it into ur fingers then cut it. Shop was cluttered and dirty. Therw was even a sink full of dishes mugs and bowls as well as hair dishes in the same sink etc. She couldn't talk and cut hair at the same time. Which she talked a lot which is why it took over an hour for a basic haircut. I told her to below collarbone and she did far above collarbone. It's choppy and nothing blends.
