Went in for a haircut today , she was recommended by a friend . She cut my hair , I kid you not , less than 10 minutes. I have a shoulder length hair and only needed a trim. I did ask for layers around my face. No layers , took 2 inches off . She didn’t make sure the hair was even . The receptionist asked if I needed a wash which I said not really . So no wash , she spent not even 10 minutes cutting and maybe a minute attempting to dry whatever water she sprayed on my hair. I was charged 65 dollars for the cut . OMG. Will no... read more

Graciela made exaggerated claims about her abilities but failed to provide any real guidance or results. When I asked thoughtful questions about their methods, she became defensive rather than informative. It became clear that her main focus was on selling additional services rather than truly helping clients. Graciela always styles/cuts my hair to look amazing, but the up-do she created for my wedding this summer was outstanding!!!
