I got tired of my long hair after my wedding and booked a haircut with Ryoko. I wanted shoulder length, maybe some side bangs if I have enough hair (as I age my hair thinned out so much). She checked with me to see if the length was good. She asked if I wanted layers and I said not too much. She is SO GENTLE (I could have taken a little nap haha). I rarely gave negative review, and I don’t want to give anyone a hard time, but I do want to share what happened so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I had a haircut, and I told the stylist that I just want to have a trim so don’t change anything, I want to keep flat on the back and a little bit layers in the front. I know that the other stylists here are professional and skilled. But Ko was unprofessional. Before booking, I sent him photos of the color I wanted along with the current condition of my hair and explained in detail.
