Asked for 2 inches and got 3 years of growth down the drain… when he showed examples of how much length he’d cut off, either he didn’t think about shrinkage at all, cut off 2x of what he showed or it’s an inaccurate way to portray the length to the client and he needs to change it. I didn’t say anything at the time, I thought I’d get over it, but im still sad whenever I look in the mirror

Today was my first time going here and WOW. I’ve had really bad experiences in the past, so I was really nervous about trying a new salon with such a dramatic change for my hair. I felt so welcomed as soon as I stepped foot in the building, was offered a really good iced coffee, got a really awesome scalp massage while my hair was being washed, and my stylist, Danielle, was amazing the entire time; non judgmental, easy to talk to, and super sweet.
