I really liked the atmosphere and people, but had a disappointing experience. What I asked for was balayage and ended up with babylights that are barely visible. I spend a couple of hours there and nobody even noticed I did anything with my hair after. I didnt get charged the price of balayage either, which is good, but it was still ~$170 with tip, so I expected to at least see something.. My first time here was with Kiersten, I have medium length tight curly hair and she cut it perfectly! She was friendly and chatty and I will definitely go back.
