I’ve been with Simone for 13 years. Amazing stylist and incredible person
Told me my favourite stylist wasn't available, tried to steal me as a client so they could take my money and get rid of her. The other stylist didn't do my hair correctly and my colour washed out after the first wash when I used ice cold water.
