Had my first cut with Simone today and what a great experience. Getting my hair cut always makes me oddly nervous and she was so great with suggestions and overall conversation. The salon was cute and welcoming in a great neighborhood.
I had my first appointment at Salon Social with Simone and I’m completely blown away with how well she brought my vision life! I came in for a fresh summer blonde and she did an amazing balayage to lighten things up. She completely exceeded my expectations and I will for sure be going back again and again.
By far the best salon experience I have ever had! Kiersten was truly amazing. She understood my problems and worked with me instead of bashing me for it. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and it felt so warm and welcoming. I truly am incredibly happy with my hair and I learned so much about a lot in the hour I was there. Simone also taught me somethings as well which I am grateful for. Thank you so so much for everything. I will 100% be back for many moons to come.
I had a great experience at salon social with Kiersten today. I went in for a hair cut, my first in Edmonton since I moved here. I’m so glad I trusted this salon and Kiersten especially. She’s highly competent, professional and very personable. Made me feel at ease, listened patiently to everything I wanted and did exactly what I asked for. I love my haircut!! She’s super sweet and I’d definitely trust her with my hair. The salon is clean and cozy. I’ll be coming back to this salon!
I really liked the atmosphere and people, but had a disappointing experience. What I asked for was balayage and ended up with babylights that are barely visible. I spend a couple of hours there and nobody even noticed I did anything with my hair after. I didnt get charged the price of balayage either, which is good, but it was still ~$170 with tip, so I expected to at least see something..
