I rarely write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share how my mom was treated by Lily. My mom had to miss her appointment a week before because of a family emergency, and Lily texted her saying she “can’t wait on her anymore.” When the appointment was rescheduled (delayed just 15 minutes due to traffic), Lily embarrassed her in front of other customers, saying: “Oh my god late again! Spent $500 here. Lily’s work doesn’t justify her attitude. Ignorant and arrogant. Stay away.
