I am so disappointed and defeated. I came in for a trim to just touch up the cut/style that I had. I was booked with Emma. I said I am growing it out AND I showed pictures but it needs a touch up because it’s a little flat... she must have not understood what I was asking for and I walked out with a straight up mullet style haircut. She ended up taking at least 4 inches off my layers but leaving the bottom part long. 100% do not recommend unless you want your day/week ruined.
