This is my favorite beauty supply store, but they are closed too often. It's highly disappointing. The business already closes fairly early as it is, and everytime a minor holiday comes around, they close for multiple days in a row. I think that it is extremely bad business tactics to never have your doors open and available to people who work full-time. Great supplies for licensed Cosmetologist.
Been coming here for years, because it’s the only place in the area that sells certain products, and i have always had a very unwelcoming experience by staff previously. I truly use to dread coming in here, that is until this morning when I was helped by Gina. She was super sweet and bubbly even at 8 o’clock in the morning, her a good vibes set off a great start to my day and I truly thank her for that. She was also very informative. The five star review is Solely for her!
George has amazing customer service and knowledgeable. Highly recommend going to meet with him for all your hair questions. Salon Services is lucky to have him as an employee. Steph and Farah
I like the store but the customer service isn’t the best, hit and miss. When the person helping you is also mocking you not a good look.
