I LOVE this location and the people in it! Specifically Hailey and James. They know that professionals come in KNOWING what we’re looking for and let us do our thing. On the other hand, once they know what your usual purchases are, they let you know about sales and other discounts- even on things you don’t normally buy! They’ve always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but also give you space to shop. If you shop at SS and don’t know what you’re looking for- it’s always BEST to ask them first. ;)
Today was my first visit at this location when I arrived the employees were outside smoking, which is OK everybody deserves a break. But when your job is in sales and in customer service, I think it is fair that the employees are to tell you what promotions are going on which there was no details given I had to ask questions to get answers. It was not a welcoming feeling. After spending $100 The girl said buying the bigger one is a better deal now why would you not suggest that initially then I had to ask were their samples ... read more
