Today was my first visit at this location when I arrived the employees were outside smoking, which is OK everybody deserves a break. But when your job is in sales and in customer service, I think it is fair that the employees are to tell you what promotions are going on which there was no details given I had to ask questions to get answers. It was not a welcoming feeling. Even though I’m retired, the excellent staff made it feel good to come home again.
Employees are cold and dismissive. I always feel unwelcome when I shop here.
