Everyone here is always so accommodating and helpful, with a good understanding of the products they sell and they are excellent at finding solutions.
Customer service? There really wasn’t any. Lady at the front was in the middle of a personal conversation when I came in didn’t acknowledge me, which was fine. Then when I had a question, she was in the middle of a conversation with her fellow employee. I waited to ask my question as to not interrupt, and the same lady turned around with a “what” I was very thrown off. She was not very knowledgeable about what I asked, luckily the other employee was. Overall with shop elsewhere from here on out.

This is my go to beauty supply! It’s always stocked, has my favorite brands, and it’s always a good, chill energy in there for me to be able to put my order together for each week!
I’ve had a cosmetology license for 5 years and have been to this specific location too many times to count. Ive never had a problem with anyone questioning my license, until today, the employee was not very friendly and when I got to the desk to check out she just stared at me. After I told her my name, she asked if I was an esthetician because “there’s restrictions” normally I wouldn’t have had a problem with that but the condescending tone really rubbed me wrong.
