I'm starting to feel like I'm being scammed by this place. My stylist came here IN JUNE and bought hair extensions for me. We put them in my hair in early July, after one wash the frizzed out of control and were deemed by defective by the "manager" who told me to take them out and bring them back...it is OCTOBER 1. They have had my hair since before August, I am yet to see my refund or have anyone taken accountability for this terrible experience. First of all, I wasn't informed that salon resources has relocated, so I was very confused navigating there this morning. Second, the lady working this morning, was very rude. I asked about the new location and she said "just look at the sign". Then when I asked about a product I was looking for, she answered me with aggressive altitude. I had to tell her to calm down before she was checking me out. Then she replied back she's calm! Not sure what her problem was this morning but it needs to be addressed.
