Awesome store and beyond perfect customer service! Highly recommend!
First of all, I wasn't informed that salon resources has relocated, so I was very confused navigating there this morning. Second, the lady working this morning, was very rude. I asked about the new location and she said "just look at the sign". Then when I asked about a product I was looking for, she answered me with aggressive altitude. I had to tell her to calm down before she was checking me out. Then she replied back she's calm! Not sure what her problem was this morning but it needs to be addressed. This is the third time they’ve been closed after I’ve driven 10 miles out since the ione close to me closed for good. They were closed at 5 even though their website states 6pm Monday. Be sure to call every single time you plan on going there . Even them they will probably be closed once you get there.
