I received a gift certificate from my daughters. I called in the beginning of the week and set up the appointment for Saturday. I mentioned I needed deep tissue and hard pressure. Ashley recommend Katrina . She was able to schedule me and was delightful. Upon arrival the aroma and atmosphere instantly relaxed me. The waiting area was clean and calming. Very disappointed in my experience here with hair color services. Complete waste of time and money!Would NEVER GO to this salon. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE. First, the “owner” is both a bully and a coward. My services were awful. It started with a massage which mimicked a laying down chair massage with limp pressure, after I specifically requested a fully body, deep pressure massage. I have always felt so welcome at this salon. The entire team is caring and accommodating! Angelina did an amazing job with my brow and lash tint plus a lash lift (stayed late to accommodate me). Heidi is my go to stylist for color and hair (she’s amazing), but Karen also did a fabulous color correction for my daughter. Adding the convenience of all services under one roof...I can’t praise them enough!
