I just wanna share. Deby was amazing. I needed help to buy a gel for my husband and she was so wonderfully sweet Patient and kind with me. I love this place is so amazing.
I called this morning to get a quote on a women’s cut and a full hair color- i mentioned to the receptionist this is my first time going from my natural black color and i want to dye my full hair to a chocolate brown and she asked me “for a base color?” i asked “what’s a base color?” she said “it’s just to color your roots” i said “well how much is it to color my full hair?” and she told me she’s putting me on hold and then hung up. didn’t even call me back. lol.
I’ve given this salon 3 tries. The first time I received a bad cut. I went back to another stylist and it was okay. I just went back to the same stylist for the 2nd time and quite honestly, it’s one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten. I’m going on vacation and I said I wanted to keep some length and just even up the layers. I ended up with a mullet! My hair is way too short. The layers are beyond uneven, it looks ridiculous. This has been my salon for several years now and I am so happy with my hair! Marina does an amazing cut, color and blow out. I get tons of compliments! The salon is gorgeous and the cappuccino is delicious! I highly recommend Salon Sararo!
