I have to say that I was a bit worried about the pricing however whatever you pay for services there they deserve the money they’re kind they knowledgeable. They have experience of years behind them. Katherine was attentive and truly listened to what I wanted for my hair, and thoroughly explained a hair care routine that would work for me. Even in the last minutes of my appointment, she made last minute tweaks that would further perfect my new cut.
The staff were friendly, prompt, and professional. I enjoyed taking my daughter here and would recommend the experience
The whole San Carlos team is awesome! Melissa was able to accommodate a last minute Saturday appointment and we did a 4hr balayage (~$500). I'm obsessed with how it turned out! I'll definitely be back!
