Rachel destroyed my curly hair. I went in and ask for highlights but now I look like i have grey hair instead of nice highlights. She over-bleached my hair. It looks terrible. I told her to not touch the roots and leave a few inches from the roots. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. Besides, This salon is illegal. You only pay cash, She sent me to the closest grocery store to get cash back. She couldn’t give me a receipt either. Rachel is an absolute gem and pro when it comes to blondeness! I went in with a groupon offer and was admittedly a bit skeptical but Rachel blew me away with her talent and took me from a light brown colour to a dark blonde shade that I have always wanted! I cannot recommend her enough, thank you so much Rachel!!
