I wanted to update my experience with Salon Rouge after my previous review. I originally went in as a hair model, and unfortunately, that appointment did not go as expected. I had asked for blonde, but a significant amount of brown was added to my hair without clear communication, and I left with much darker hair than I wanted. Had a really great experience here today! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The customer service was excellent and they made me feel very comfortable. Really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this salon!
I'm updating my review after a day. I will hold that Paris was lovely, and very attentive, yet she did seem a little apprehensive about amount of layering I wanted. I have a lot of hair, and when I booked the appointment, through email, I sent a photo of myself with a previous very layered haircut asking for essentially the same thing, as well as 2 tik tok videos of similar cuts I liked. I had a great experience with Anni. I just needed a simple cut with thinning and some shaping, she listened to what I was wanting done but also gave me recommendations for what would suit me better. I was very happy with the results.
