Sheila is a master at color and style. She knows exactly what works with your skin tone and face shape. I always get the perfect cut and color. I wish I could have her at my home every morning to style my hair for me! Her prices are reasonable, and she is an amazing person as well!! Highly recommend Salon Rouge!
