Had a very bad experience. Asked for ashy blonde highlights, left with brassy striped highlights - it looked like there were zebra stripes in my hair at the top, it was awful. One side was done by the hairdresser, the other by a young girl who looked like she was in highschool and seemed extremely inexperienced. I had to go back to get the side the young girl did fixed, and they were so incredibly rude about it, I was shocked at how poor the service was overall, especially when they had messed up so badly. The last time I came here the hairstylist cut my curly hair without washing it. At first I thought maybe she was going to spray it down and then do a light cut before washing but then all of a sudden she told me I was done??? I was mortified at how much she had thinned out my hair. I went home and washed it to see the damage because I couldn’t really tell how it looked when it was still damp.
