I alerted her gray coverage failed. she strung me along 4 months after saying my messages weren't received.i took a bus 2 see her@salon as she didn't return calls. Have gone to Robin for twenty some years. She is the best. I have curly hair and it is hard to find some one that is excellent at cutting my hair. I’m a little vain about my hair. She uses only Aveda products including hair color and they are the best. All natural. My hair doesn’t smell like chemicals afterwards. She is so sweet and calm and patient. Couldn’t ask for any one better. Love her so much.
