I had a fantastic experience working with Zakiya at Salon Ritual! I wanted to get my hair lightened before my wedding and was nervous because I hadn't gotten my hair highlighted professionally in a very long time. The best place i’ve found in my life for my hair! Megan is amazing! She is super knowledgeable about hair and it’s needs and she communicates while she’s at it, so it turns into an educational session for me which I love. I usually just show or tell her what’s in my mind about the next haircut or color and she goes above and beyond to achieve that with precision and care! I had a wonderful experience getting my long, thick, curly hair cut with Kristina. She was amazing start to finish and I couldn’t be happier with my results! Not only was she kind but super knowledgeable about how to care for my hair. Happy to say I will be coming back for my future haircuts.

She was knowledgeable about hair loss and scalp health, walking me through the reasoning behind each treatment and translating the steps into actions I could take at home with my daily routine. Came here after a very bad experience at another salon in Bellevue where my long hair was over-processed and badly damaged, looking for a short cut! Kristina is amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and gave me the best haircut I have had in many years! Going back for color next week.
