I have been doing Japanese hair straightening for over 23 years and have been flying to LA for this where I am from . I have continued to fly back to LA because I’ve never found equivalent results. I have been coming to Liz for years now and I am a client for life! The Magic Sleek treatment is a game changer for me and makes my hair so much more manageable and my life so much easier. I was shocked to see the recent 1-star review, because I have never ever had an experience like that here. Liz has always been wonderful, and I highly recommend her!
Please, everyone, beware of Liz (Elizabeth Nelson)! I went to her for Magic Sleek treatments for a year and a half. She did my hair three times, two of which failed because of something she didn't not do correctly. This last time, she skipped the clarifying shampoo step, telling me to shampoo at home, which resulted in the treatment failing for the second time. She led me to believe for months (June-August) that she would fix the problem, but at the last minute, refused to do it. She lies ALOT. She can't keep her story strai... read more
