As I was entering the receptionist (Asian woman) in her late 30's asked me with a very aggressive voice "Do you have an appointment ? " I answered no I am visiting and without looking at me staring down on her desk she said you can't come in without an appointment ! I mentioned that I have visited several Salon Republic in Los Angeles and I never was intercepted in this manner. She said "Well they are wrong " you can't one in without an appointment ! So I left
Don't do business with Catherine Mahood from "A Touch of Magic Skincare." I bought a Groupon for a service. When I went to set up an appointment, I saw it had been marked as redeemed. I contacted Groupon and they said I needed to talk to the business to get it straightened out. I texted Catherine through her website contact info and she completely ignored me.
