Obviously this is a salon that wants absolutely no new customers. You must have to be related to someone who works there to receive any service. They are NOT accomodating AT ALL. They do not even TRY. I was about 12 minutes late for an appt. that I had made 1 week prior. It was during BAD weather. They would not honor my appointment. They didnt even TRY to offer any help, solution, another appointment, NOTHING. All times are according to my phone which is approximately 2 minutes later than the Salon M Squared Clock (My phone 1:45; Their clock 1:47)I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00PM.12:45 - I call to see if its ok if Im 5-10 minutes late. I have been going to the Salon for about 2 years and I love it Jackie does my hair and she does a wonderful job everybody is really friendly and its a nice atmosphere
Ive been going to Salon M Squared regularly for over a year and I love it. Jackie is my stylist, and shes very talented as are Marie (the owner) and Jennifer. Its a very friendly atmosphere, and a very relaxing experience.
I used to go to this Aveda Salon and was really pleased until i went to a complete salon and spa called Signature Hair amd Spa in Waukesha. It is owned by Rosie Steffen and she knows how to do get the smallest detail right. She has a elegant salon and everything caters to you from the gingsing tea and the great massages to the great customer service. 1000%. Salon M squares is the best East Troy has to offer but it is worth the drive to go to Signature. The prices are more but you get the value in the service
