Unwelcoming, rude, unskilled. I visited for a basic cut and was so insulted that I left the chair. The stylist was very rude, and unwelcoming. I tried this place because I was looking for a new place, but sadly I will never return after my very brief visit. The stylist was annoyed with everything I said, very short tempered, I work with the public, and people do not want to feel bad walking out of a salon, we go there to feel good. I highly suggest the staff go through some training on customer service.
I've been a client here before and always found the staff friendly, which makes this experience very disappointing. My most recent appointment resulted in visible bleach bleed marks, unevenly toned hair, brassy money pieces, and inconsistent highlights that look rushed. When I raised my concerns I was offered no refund, only free adjustments and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistakes made.
