I've been a client here before and always found the staff friendly, which makes this experience very disappointing. My most recent appointment resulted in visible bleach bleed marks, unevenly toned hair, brassy money pieces, and inconsistent highlights that look rushed. When I raised my concerns I was offered no refund, only free adjustments and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistakes made. Ty is an exceptional hair stylist and did such an amazing job with both the cut and high/low foil highlights. The salon is clean and has a very upbeat and pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be back and will be recommending to my friends and family.
My stylist Kacey was amazing during my appointment. She is so sweet and always keeps the conversation flowing. I got ghost roots and she absolutely killed it. 100% coming back!
