I got my haircut and highlights done here and I’m so happy with the results! The service was amazing, the salon is beautiful and super clean, and all the staff were so friendly and professional. Definitely coming back!
Bahar refused to do service that was already purchased and told me to get a refund, which I’m not able to receive. I purchased a Groupon for root color and made an appointment with Bahar. She wanted to put color on that was two shades darker and after clearing up the confusion about the color, she refused to do my hair. I drove 30 minutes to the salon, I attempted to resolve the confusion and was told to request a refund. I’ve spent a ton of time requesting it and driving, all for nothing. She was incredibly unprofessional.
shirin did an amazing job on my hair. i went to her for the first time and asked her to give me whatever layers she thought would flatter me most and i was so happy with her work that i went back and got very subtle highlights done by her too!!

Do NOT book here if you have an important event. I scheduled a hair appointment with Salon Plum for 4pm on Friday and 12pm on Sunday - five days in advance, because I had a wedding to attend Labor Day weekend. They sent me a confirmation and even made me confirm that I would be there on time.
