Do NOT book here if you have an important event. I scheduled a hair appointment with Salon Plum for 4pm on Friday and 12pm on Sunday - five days in advance, because I had a wedding to attend Labor Day weekend. They sent me a confirmation and even made me confirm that I would be there on time. I had a keratin treatment done by Shirin and I couldn’t be happier! She was professional, attentive, and made the whole experience relaxing. My hair feels silky smooth and looks amazing. Highly recommend her! :)
