I gave them an honest chance, and they didn't even glance at the picture i tried to show them. Genuinely just played in my hair, spoke over my head to their friends that were sitting in the chairs, and I left with the most gutwrenching haircut of my entire life. I will never come to this place again. After having grown my hair out for the first time, having them cut it up to my ears when I asked for it to touch my shoulders was devastating, I left crying.
