DO NOT recommend! I had an appt with Elke at 5pm. She did not even acknowledge my presence until 540!! I should have left but had been looking forward to getting my hair done, a luxury I do not get often. Once she finally engaged with me she was very friendly so I just let it go. I saw Monica at Salon Platinum after doing research that she was a blonde specialist. I have been having my hair dyed blonde since I was 16 and I’m in my 40s. I travel the country for work and have been to numerous salons. I had the absolute worst experience with Monica than I ever have in my entire life. All I did was ask that she fix it and she refused to do so and told me to find a different stylist. I drove a 6 hour round trip to get to her salon and spent $350.
