I saw Monica at Salon Platinum after doing research that she was a blonde specialist. I have been having my hair dyed blonde since I was 16 and I’m in my 40s. I travel the country for work and have been to numerous salons. I had the absolute worst experience with Monica than I ever have in my entire life. All I did was ask that she fix it and she refused to do so and told me to find a different stylist. I drove a 6 hour round trip to get to her salon and spent $350. Jennifer is absolutely amazing! 🩷 She cut my hair and dyed it back to my natural color, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I went to this place and Elke the women who did my hair only ruined it. I asked her for one thing, and she ended up doing whatever she wanted.
