I’ve been going to Katie Whitt at Salon Platinum for a couple of years now and she is hands down one of the best I’ve ever been to for my platinum blonde color and hair extensions. I’ve been going to Katie since I moved to VB from out of state a year ago — and she’s hands-down the BEST — especially when it comes to extensions.
