We won’t see anyone else but Marissa for Kileys hair. She KILLS IT!! Every single time this girl goes above and beyond for my daughter to have GORGEOUS hair. Yall. I’m writing this review to stand up for my ex, who was treated incredibly poorly by this salon. She had a confirmed appointment, but their stylist never showed up, they flat-out denied ever having her in their system and rudely claimed, “You’re not our customer.” No apology, no effort to resolve anything—just blame and attitude.
