I’m writing this review to stand up for my ex, who was treated incredibly poorly by this salon. She had a confirmed appointment, but their stylist never showed up, they flat-out denied ever having her in their system and rudely claimed, “You’re not our customer.” No apology, no effort to resolve anything—just blame and attitude. My stylist Nicole is beyond amazing. She always has that magic touch when it comes to dealing with my crazy hair. She knows exactly what I like and goes above and beyond to help me look my best! Up or down, my hair always looks amazing. The amount of compliments I receive is all thanks to my girl. Even when I lost a good amount of my hair due to covid, she made me me feel and look amazing!
