Daughter came in shop to get lash done for her birthday before 5 hrs lashes was falling off. Called shop and talked to Lisa the person that did them and she asking did we get them wet hell no they couldn't have been done right in the first place we paid almost $200 and now Lisa want to fit her in when it good with Lisa I don't think so. I felt like I showed my stylist very clearly where I wanted my hair cut to. I feel that my stylist did not pay attention to what I asked for and rushed through my appointment. I ended up with something much shorter than I had asked for. I wanted something below the shoulders, but ended up with my hair above the shoulders. I do not like how this ended up looking, and there’s nothing I can do to fix it now that it’s too short. I’m stuck wearing my hair in a claw clip until it grows out.
Abi did an amazing job on my hair! I've had so many compliments everyday. The salon was very clean and had a professional atmosphere. They definitely won me as a new client!
They don’t even deserve one star. I went in on January 4th for a perm with Mary. When I got home and as my hair dried my hair started to go straight. I reached out to the salon via Facebook. I was told it could be how heavy my hair is and that’s why. I gave it a few days and finally washed it used plenty of product, diffusing, and even used TikTok to attempt to bring the curl back into my hair. That failed.
