This place is dirty ! They have mice in the building and trash just sitting around
What a great start to my loc journey: Upon looking for loctitians, I was looking for one that was fairly new but could loc nicely. I see Miss Kyla Austin’s work and thought “why not? She looks great!” I book the appointment and everything is smooth, until all of a sudden she texts me and says she can’t do it, so she’ll have to reschedule. I can’t cancel on my end or else they’ll be a fee, and she can’t cancel it… She then says “if we reschedule it won’t be a fee”.
