I booked an appointment online with Amy for a perm for my sister on a Saturday. You are required to pay a $100 deposit, no problem. When we got there Amy said that she couldn’t do a perm because she said my sister had a perm previously. She never asked when. My sister had a perm over 10 years ago. We ended up going to another salon who was able to assist. Before we left, Amy wrote my number down and said she would give me a call about the refund deposit which I would receive on a Monday.
