Overpriced and worst service. I asked for a balayage, but the highlights were only started about 4 inches away from my roots, which was not what I expected or wanted. It looked more like a partial highlight than a proper balayage. I was also charged $500 for the service and I was told I would need to come back for another appointment to achieve the full look for another $500.

I started seeing Ashley Blue about a year ago to fix significant banding from a previous salon. During our initial interaction, she confidently assured me she could correct it and get me to the cooler blonde tone I showed her in photos. Based on that reassurance, I trusted her and committed to the process. Loved my first visit and excited to go back! The salon is so cute, Sara was such a delight and gave me exactly what I asked for! Appreciate that the hair color line is ammonia-free to help preserve the health of my hair. Pricing was fair and appointment was quick/easy!

Hallie came in early to fit me in and everything went smooth. We had a great conversation and never felt any pulling or discomfort with any of the color service or cut . She listened to what I wanted and used some of my pics for inspiration. Thanks!
