I emailed in to change my shipping address and Tina wasn’t the nicest advisor. She questioned if I even had an updated cosmetology licenses over just an address change. I was able to call and a new advisor was able to change my address right away!
Loved talking with these people but they literally ghosted me when trying to get a job here and said that they wanted to hire me and would give me an call back for my start date. and gave me their information to email and call. I was so excited. But when I leave a message or email I don’t get a signal response. I tried calling them to ask if I could reapply in the future but the lady on the phone kept telling me that they just haven’t had the chance to go through the hire process. Jody Johnson is very professional and knowledgeable. She’s AMAZING to consult with
Unfortunately they don’t seem to care all that much if you own a small business. They have great product lines but unfortunately there’s so many that they can’t focus on one certain one. I have been trying to contact them for some help left a few messages and an email to the owner for a while now and I haven’t received anything. They charge $20 for shipping, which is fine but in my opinion if you make a big order shipping should be waved, I’d totally understand charging for shipping if it’s a small order.
Awesome place to get shampoo instead of from a salon or for your own salon!
