very expensive for poor service i dont recommend
I came in with very clear instructions and even showed photos of the look I wanted — a soft, diluted ashy blonde/platinum money piece without any orange tones. Unfortunately, I left with exactly what I didn’t want: orange strands that look brassy and unrefined. On top of that, the stylist was juggling two other clients at the same time, so I never felt like I was given the proper attention or care.
