I called in the day of for a trim and was connected with Ivan. I’m almost always anxious when going to get a haircut because I have dense, fine but stubborn, dry curly hair and it seems to not be the easiest to work with… Ivan took care of me with confidence and professionalism. He listened to my concerns, assessed my hair and we came up with a plan.
