My husband surprised me with an appointment with Bobbie. It had been over a year since I had my hair done and it was grown out, very faded, and just so sad looking. Bobbie didn’t know what she was walking in to, having never met me and my husband unfortunately (bless his heart) didn’t give her a lot of info to go off of or give her a heads up that my hair was long and thick. My mother and I went to Sydney and paid over $400 to have our hair colored. I asked for platinum blonde and she said she could do it. My mom wanted black hair with silver highlights. We both came out with Burnette hair nowhere close to what either of us asked for. After we waited a half hour past our scheduled appointment time,She ended up having another stylist cut my moms hair and keeping us there for almost 10 hours and my hair is completely broke off and damaged from what she did. I got a bad hair cut at an unnamed salon. I called Salon on Main and asked to get in as soon as possible. Sydney took me in early morning. She worked on my hair for an hour. I was so impressed with her skills. She even got my calick to lay down. She was fun and kind and I felt pampered. I am so grateful 🥲. Thanks Sydney. I will be back for a spectacular color appointment .
