I’m not one to leave a bad review unless it’s a really bad experience, and it was. I called to set up a simple blowout, and he told me he didn’t have time to check availability and to use his online scheduling system. I did that, but needed to change the time and his online booking system didn’t allow any changes (this was more than 24 hours before). I scheduled a haircut online, received confirmation emails and texts, but when I showed up the place was dark and locked. I tried calling and my call went straight to voicemail. Super disappointing, especially after making arrangements to have my kids watched. It was a complete waste of time.

Made appointment. Showed up early. I called five minutes after my appointment and it went to voicemail mail. Every 15 minutes I called and no response. After a hour another business in the same building showed up. They checked upstairs and no one was there. She said he was flaky that way. Keegan never showed or called me. Very disappointed. Not sure how he stays in business. At least have the courtesy to let you know he won’t be there.

I just got my hair done and seriously have the most amazing experience! The person who cut my hair was super fun to talk to and engaging and also listen to what I wanted and my hair looks better than it has ever looked in my life! I feel like a movie star! I look forward to my next visit.
