Best experience I could have ever had at this establishment! Donna got me in very last minute for a cut and color and did such a wonderful job! Looking through the reviews for Salon Olivia and reviews for other establishments in similar areas, “Sarah Williams” is a fake troll account that leaves negative false reviews for some unknown reason. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I cannot say enough good things about this salon. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like actual royalty—not that some people would know what that feels like. Donna is incredibly professional, attentive, and remembers her clients (even those who don’t come in with dramatic tales or imaginary grievances). She gave me the perfect cut—straight hair and all. I wanted to give this place a try despite their inconsistent hours. I finally got an appointment with Donna and looked forward to my trim. I have straight hair, so a trim should be pretty easy. Unfortunately, when I got home my sister said my hair was noticeably uneven. A few days went by and I called Donna to talk about coming back in for a fix it, but she said she didn't remember me. It had only been 4 days! Needless to say, I spent money for yet another haircut at Citrus Salon in downtown Lake O and couldn't be happier!
