I wanted to give this place a try despite their inconsistent hours. I finally got an appointment with Donna and looked forward to my trim. I have straight hair, so a trim should be pretty easy. Unfortunately, when I got home my sister said my hair was noticeably uneven. A few days went by and I called Donna to talk about coming back in for a fix it, but she said she didn't remember me. It had only been 4 days! Needless to say, I spent money for yet another haircut at Citrus Salon in downtown Lake O and couldn't be happier!
