I see that I am the first to Review Salon Norman Dee in Jenkintown. I had formerly been a client of Salon Norman Dee in Northeast Philadelphia, and in fact, was one of their very FIRST clients when the original owner, 'Dee' had the salon in her home!! Now, I live in Jenkintown, and I was delighted when Salon Norman Dee opened a second location in my neighborhood.
