will at Salon Noir is absolutely wonderful, I can't recommend him enough! I have had trouble getting a consistent, quality cut over the years with my very fine hair. He has given me the BEST hairstyle that looks great and is also manageable. And he is just a blast to talk to. ❤️ The salon is lovely and everyone, including other clientele, have been so friendly. Can't recommend them enough!
