Extremely Unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment with Lisa for yesterday at 8:30am. She did not show for the appointment, and when I called her she said she had forgotten about the appointment and rescheduled me for today at 9am. Today I showed up for my appointment and again, no one came up here. I texted her. Nothing. I called and she picked up the line, then hung up. I called again, and left a voicemail. Lisa Michelle brought my sad hair back to life! She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She enjoys what she does and it shows in her attention to detail, both with products and making sure I knew what to expect in the process. She exceeded my expectations of what I thought could be done in a one sitting! I had no idea my hair was so orange until I saw it on the black floor mat. Here’s to a new chapter with my new hair and an amazing hairdresser!
