This was my first time coloring my hair, so I booked the owner because I thought she’d have a better chance of doing well. I was wrong. All I asked for was simple highlights and my hair was stretchy and had a brassy undertone. After about a month, I’ve lost so much hair just from breakage and ended up just getting it cut short and dying it close to my natural color :(

There’s nothing worse than a bad haircut when you have short hair. You would think the owner would know what she’s doing. I went in for a wispy bob and came out with a pixie cut from hell. Had another salon fix most of the mess Sarah made. Stylist couldn’t believe how uneven EVERYTHING was. Can’t even fix the back because Sarah chopped my hair off right ON the hairline and even that’s crooked. I’m absolutely devastated and wear a hat everywhere I go now.
