Terrible Customer Service I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a blow out for a special occasion. The morning of, I drove 30 minutes and walked into my appointment only to receive a text (not a call!) that the salon needed to cancel my blowout not but 5 minutes before the appointment itself. When I tried texting and calling for a refund or even a reschedule, they ignored my messages and have yet to reach out (its been over 2 weeks since the cancellation). Very very disappointed with their customer service.

Horrible! Got a Groupon and for my first appointment she didn’t show up...I waited 30 minutes for someone to show up for that appointment and no one did. She texted me the next day saying they forgot and didn’t put it in the calendar... . Then I texted them 4 times to reschedule an appointment over the span of a week and never got an answer!! Horrible customer service and a waste of money! She will not answer you for days. Don’t recommend whatsoever! Even when you call they ignored me and didn’t answer
