I had a really great experience at this salon. My stylist was Alida and she was super kind, it felt like she really listened to what I was looking for. I was offered a drink and snacks. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, and she explained every process. I got a haircut and highlights, and I loved the result. My hair still feels super healthy too. Sent photos and explained the cut the day prior to my appointment.They rescheduled my appointment with the "short hair expert." Left with the basic hair cut every salon gives me which isn't the cut I wanted even though I showed multiple inspo pics at the appointment too. Wasted $80 for the most basic cut that I always end up getting. How hard is it to do what the picture shows? I showed front, side, and back view. Lady acted like she didn't have that information prior to the appointment.
Alida is the best hairdresser I have ever worked with. I’ve been coming every month for a year and she always does a great style and makes me feel at home!
