Ella did a great job on my partial highlight! She asked me detailed questions about what I wanted, which guided me into giving details that we’re important to me ( like a natural color with blended highlights that will not give a harsh look once my roots grow out). She did a great job and I would recommend her to anyone! I plan on rebooking with her in the future
I frequent this establishment by getting hair cut every 4 weeks and then my hair colored every 8 weeks. My stylist listens to my requests and walks me through what she is doing before and during the appointment. After she always does a recheck to ensure it is what I requested.
In November 2023, I got a cut that made me cry for weeks on end. It truly felt horrific as most of the back of my hair felt sheared off. I spent an entire year growing it out with rosemary oils and green tea rinses and even cut caffeine. I had an amazing experience at the salon! My stylist was so kind and did such an amazing job on my hair! I love how she cut and styled it! I definitely recommend this salon if you’re in the Columbia area!
I i’ve never been humiliated more than with thissalon. I made an online appointment for a gel manicure with Samantha. Went into the salon and was told to have a seat after sitting there 20 minutes plus I was handed the phone and someone told me that Samantha was no longer with the salon could’ve been notified. It would’ve been nice, but I think it was very rude and very bad practice will never go to this salon again for any services. just another reason why I hate Columbia, Missouri.
