Sent photos and explained the cut the day prior to my appointment.They rescheduled my appointment with the "short hair expert." Left with the basic hair cut every salon gives me which isn't the cut I wanted even though I showed multiple inspo pics at the appointment too. Wasted $80 for the most basic cut that I always end up getting. How hard is it to do what the picture shows? I showed front, side, and back view. Lady acted like she didn't have that information prior to the appointment.

We used Salon Nefisa for hair and makeup for one of our wedding clients. They did a fantastic job and really helped make the day special.
I had a terrible experience with Hannah. I'm not happy with my hair cut at all. My hair is naturally curly and she didn't dry cut it first. It's uneven. She rushed through the whole process including the shampoo. I was there maybe 20 minutes tops. I had to ask for hair products and she didn't offer to dry my hair. I felt like she was just trying to get me out the door so she could leave for the day. I'm very disappointed. Definitely didn't get my money's worth. I won't be coming back.
