My first visit to the salon was that of mixed emotions. I was pleased with my hair, but not the customer service. It was my first visit and I was seeking a stylist who would care for my hair and teach me how to do the same. Instead, my visit was filled with criticism on how bad my hair was. I felt like I was being spoken to like a child that needed a lecture. I was aware that my hair was damaged which was why I was looking for a stylist. I went to this salon to try it out and could not find a sitter for my two toddler girls. the staff at salon 21 played withn then and were very kind and understanding with the kids, they also did an awesome job with my hair, which is very hard to style, ai would recommed them to anyone. Lisa H

I was referred to this salon by someone that lives nearby. I could not get an appointment at my regular salon so I gave this place a shot because it is very close to my home. I have found a new salon to call my home. Ray does a fantastic job. I hope this business thrives and gets lots of clientele because she is good. Ray is great with all types of hair and from all ethnic backgrounds...nothing too hard for this girl. Prices are great, appointments are easy to get and be worked in, services are first class.
