Customer service was wonderful. I called because I had never had a curly cut before and most salons will cut my hair wet and it always comes out too short as the curls spring up. Sophie walked me through the process. Cut dry then wash and style and clean up anything out of place. I felt great about coming in. When I did, the consultation went well. I’ve been seeing Taylor for over five years now, and I can honestly say she’s the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she really takes the time to listen and understand what you’re looking for. I got my haircut by Taylor for the first time not too long ago, and she’s been my go to stylist ever since! I went to the same barber for 12 years prior and I haven’t gone back since! The atmosphere in this salon is super friendly and you feel at home the minute you walk through the door, I find some spots can feel very clinical, where as Salon My Place has a much more relaxed vibe!
